Established in 2006, the Oncology department has now become the hospital's most bustling unit. We take immense pride in offering state-of-the-art diagnostic and therapeutic facilities to cancer patients at affordable rates, thanks to the support of Sehat Card, Pakistan Bait-ul-Mall, and Zakat Fund. Our dedicated Oncology team consists of two female and two male oncologists, all following standard guidelines to provide top-notch chemotherapy, a critical component of cancer treatment. While we are currently in the process of establishing a radiotherapy facility at PINUM, for now, we ensure patients receive the required radiotherapy at other reputable centers. At PINUM's Oncology department, we actively organize various seminars on significant occasions such as World Cancer Day, Breast Cancer Day, and World Tobacco Day. These events aim to raise cancer awareness among hospitals, universities, colleges, and nearby villages. Furthermore, we conduct free screening camps annually, specifically targeting early detection of breast and prostate cancer. Since 2009, PINUM Cancer Hospital Faisalabad has been operating a walk-in breast clinic, exclusively focused on screening and early detection of breast cancer. Our proficient team of consultants, including lady oncologists, a surgeon, a sonologist, and a pathologist, conducts thorough examinations and devises a tailored management plan based on the diagnosis. Every Tuesday, we dedicate our efforts to the breast clinic, catering to hundreds of patients every year.
